How do we book you?- Fill out the contact form on our website, where you’ll provide all the essential details about your wedding day. Based on this information, we will send you our offer for the upcoming season. -Alternatively, you can reach us directly by phone or schedule an in-person meeting, where we will gather all the necessary details about your wedding day and introduce you to our packages. - Once you’ve selected your photo and video packages, the next step is to secure your booking with a 20% deposit of the total package price.

What if we had a wedding in another country?Planning a wedding abroad? Even better! We are available worldwide. For destination weddings, travel and accommodation expenses will be added to your selected packages.

When can we expect to our materials?The delivery timeframe is specified in each package. Depending on the package, the delivery of materials can range from 15 to 45 business days.

What is included in the packages?Each photography package includes: - Coverage time (ranging from 8 to 12+ hours) - A set number of edited photos - An online gallery - A photobook - A wedding box - Sneak peek photos Each video package includes: - Two videos of specified lengths - Instagram reels (quantity varies by package) - An online gallery - Drone footage

How do you take care of our materials?We safeguard your material with the highest level of care! After the physical delivery, your online gallery will be available for 730 days (2 years). Additionally, we keep a backup of your material for 1,100 days (3 years) on hard drives securely stored at our office.

Do you publish any of the materials?Yes, we use your photos and videos for promotional purposes on our Instagram profile or website, but never for commercial sale.

What happens if you get sick?We don’t get sick. :)

How long will you be at our wedding?Each package specifies the hours we will spend at your wedding. The time begins from the moment we take the first photo and record the first frame.

How many images will we receive?It depends on the package. You can receive a minimum of 500 photos and a maximum of 1,500+ photos.

What about the photo session?The photoshoot will occur on your wedding day during the scheduled time and will last a minimum of 30 minutes. The Diamond package includes an additional photoshoot, which can be arranged for the day before or after the wedding. For other packages, an extra photoshoot can be added on the wedding day by arrangement.

What is a Photobook and a Wedding box?The photobook is a collection of your memories, featuring 15 pages (30 sides). The photos are directly printed onto the sturdy pages of your book, ensuring they last forever! The wedding box is a handcrafted wooden box made with love and attention to every detail. It contains: - A 64GB USB drive with your photo and video material - 100 printed photos - Decorative elements - Custom engraving
